Food teachers taught her the very basics of being a chef and how to push herself to exceed expectations.
Adamantia always wanted to work cooking on yachts around the Mediterranean, and M/Y FOR EVER was a great opportunity to do so. It combined her love of cooking and the sea, which was the dream.
To be honest, She doesn’t really have a favourite cuisine. She just likes to cook local food well.
She doesn’t have a signature dish either, but she enjoys cooking Traditional plates, classical French, modern English and Asian cuisine.
She gets the inspiration and ideas for menus, Just from walking around in markets, her imagination, local food, and the internet!
Adamantia prefers to use local ingredients when on charter.
She can manage special dietary requirements – vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free. It really depends on the visitor’s eating.
Some kids eat like adults, however she always uses fresh organic products while cooking simple food.
She is always handpicking her ingredients from the best markets in every port.
It’s amazing for her, cooking for A-list visitors which she had always had in her mind.
Simply, she is almost perfect in what she is doing…”
